Hi guys, I am working on a bit of a phantom issue this week. I have a 2006 Bluebird RE Tx4 with air actuated stop signs (F142584) that come out on their own (lights off stop signs out) when unit is building air during morning pretrip. Have tried turning Master W/L and messed with all adjustements on the door switch to no avail. This issue only happens in the morning at start up. To get the stop signs to collapse I have to run through a full stop procedure with W/L Master on, turn on yellow warning lights, then open door and stop signs light up, then close door and stop signs collapse when door switch triggered, the bus is then fine for the rest of the day? Anyone have a similar issue in the past? Thanks for the help MiketheMech

Does the unit have a electric magnet on the front bumper, for the crossing arm, we've found a few of them that are unhappy and cause back feeds

That's a great idea Wayne, never thought to look there, bet there is some green growing in there somewhere, will update once I get time to dive into it a little more. Thanks again Wayne!
